Notes/Description | : | A S’iksa ascribed to Yajnavalkya. It belongs to the White Yajurveda, and consists of 191 s’lokas. cf. Bik., p. 154; Mitra, Notices, Vol. III.p. 204; Bodleian, Cata., No. 1089. In this last place the number of verses is said to be 209 See also, Kielhorn, Indi. Anti., vol V. p. 196, according to whom Yajnawalkya S'iksa was other-wise called Katyayani S’iksa.
