The author may be Nemicandra, but our MS. does not give the Pras’asti at the end.I give the beginning of the com. on the third Adhyayana. Is it an Avacuri extracted from S'Antisuri’s S'isyahita? See Weber, II. p. 732.The Pras’asti of Nemicandra’s Sukhabodha is given at Bhandarkar, Report, 1883-84, p. 443.
