Notes/Description : The famous work on Astronomy in 22 chapters containing 1435 verses, ascribed to Kalidasa and containing the well-known verse referring to the nine jewels of the court of Vikrama. It professes to have been composed in 68 B. C.,but was probably composed about 1220 A. D.See Diksit, pp. 212 and 476.
