Notes/Description : The MS. contains the Jatakacandrika of Venkates’a and some other pieces. The other name of the work is Ududayapradipa. In our MS., it is called Keraligrantha, probably because it follows the Kerala system. The author,however, says that he follows the Paras'ari Hora. Venkates’a, the author, was surnamed Yajnanarayana. (Yajnanarayana was his father’s name acc. to Hultzsch, Reports, II.p. 121.). Two commentaries are known to exist on this work; one by Bhairavadatta and the other by Laksmipati; cf. Stein, p. 156.Ulwar, Nos. 1720, 1761, 1839 and Extracts 477 and 516.
