Notes/Description | : | Kundaratnakara, a treatise on the construction of the Kundas, by Vis’vanatha Dvivedi, son of S’ripati and grandson of Jagannatha. The date of Vis’vanatha falls between 1449 and 1619 A.D.,since he quotes Kundakrti (No. 419 above) and is quoted by Vitthala Diksit in Mandapakundasiddhi (No. 426 below). For authorities quoted,of. I. O., No. 3157. Our MS. contains the work only up to the end of the 53rd verse. The whole work consists of 84 verses, with the author’s own commentary. |
