| Notes/Description | : | A metrical treatise on roots arranged alphabe tically according to their final letters, by Vopadeo, son of Kes'ava and a court pandit of King Ramaraja of Devagiri, who lived in the latter part of the 18th century. Vopadeo was a contemporary of Hemadri and an author of high repute. Among his works are Mugdhabodha (gr. ), S'atas’loki (medi. ) Bhagavatamuktaphala film (bhakti ), As’aucasaugraha (dharma) and Hari lilaviveka. Another famous contemporary of his was Madhusudanasaraswati, pupil of Vis'wes’wara saraswati 8v Sridharasaraswati. Cf. No. 1157 below.All the three appear to be closely connected with each other. CE.
